Glen was born in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, and from an early age developed a love of property being surrounded by his family’s farms. Servicing clients in the building industry, renovating properties and running his own farming business (from his 1000-acre farm), gave him an excellent grounding in property, as well as client relationships. His interest led him to study property marketing and investment, after which a career in real estate was a natural progression for him.
What sets Glen apart from other real estate agents, is his in-depth building knowledge, as it gives him the ability to advise his vendors on crucial improvements they can make to their home prior to viewings. In addition, he then shows each vendor how to best present their property for sale. The combination of these two vital practices, achieves the greatest possible sale price for his vendors.
Glen’s outstanding sales results are a combination of his above approach, combined with the high-end marketing collateral he invests in, and the great rapport he builds with both purchaser and vendor. His easygoing personality and passion for people and property make him a natural salesman, with many clients becoming good friends. Running his own real estate business with partner Andrea White, Glen is realising his dream. His goal is to continue to expand the business, by continuing to offer a better experience to all vendors, purchasers, tenants and landlords who choose GLA Real Estate.
